If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Effrain and his whole crew made me feel at home and recommended Mystic oil and she runs like a newborn baby. They are committed to truly customer satisfaction. I will NOT be going to any other Lube Zone other than here in Sweetwater Texas. I highly recommend every trucker in the US to come to this place. Customer from back in the B Line days. Brought my own oil this time and generator filters because they haven't had it in stock recently. Got new air filters which I was told were $108.00 apiece. Bill was $671.00 and to top that off, I now have to fix my breather lights which were working fine when I came in. Air filters ended up being $170.00 apiece. $671.00 and I supplied damn near everything! My last bill here was $555.00 and I didn't supply anything. I wouldn't have bought the ridiculously priced air filters had I been given the accurate price. Thanks but no thanks Lube Zone. You lost a customer today

This oil changer is very serious! It will help you check all parts every time! One time I had an oil leak in the driveline of my truck that they found during an inspection! Helped me a lot! Safety hazards eliminated! I really like this store! So I come here for every oil change and maintenance! Because they are trustworthy!

Courteous, Professional, Fast, Reasonable. Wish they were closer to Chicago so I could use regularly. Highly Recommend. We played BILLIARDS or pool inside the store. They do have all parts and small parts inside the store as well as the tools.

Nice people but I’m very sceptical they only changed my filters and left the same oil in bc it was so fast.So sceptical that I stopped in Abilene today and KW had the same concern bc the oil was so black,so I paid for another oil service
The tech at lubezone said it’s still black bc the truck is deleted but the truck hadn’t even started yet to cycle the motor
I’m considering my options to be compensated but please watch your service being done to make sure they did what they say they did

All the staff are very friendly and professional. I’ve been there a number of times and haven’t been disappointed yet. They have fresh coffee , cable tv , comfortable couches , clean restrooms , and vending machines for your convenience. They only take about half an hour to do a full service.

This place is a good quick in and out. Thy have a small come shop and a pool table to play on but u want be there long enough to play a whole game. So if your in a hurry to get your oil changed this place is the place to go. And the cat there loves attention you might have enough time to give it some pets!!!!

Always a good experience at this location. Their location in Odessa is always a losing deal. People in Odessa are rude, lazy and Will straight lie to you. Sweetwater on the other Hand are perfect. Stopped in about 6PM mid-trip, no appointment, for a 3 axle tractor wheel alignment. 3 of the 5 bays had trucks pulled in. Nikki greeted me and checked me in without the usual, "it's gonna be about 4-5 hours", which is what you usually hear. She went and consulted with Efrain and I was told to drop the trailer and pull up to a bay. Efrain came out as I was unhooking and sprayed the adjustment bolts and was waiting to direct me when I approached the door. He did an expert job, kept me posted on his findings, and finished efficiently. The other guys were hard at work taking care of the other customers also. The facility was clean and the equipment was top-notch. This level of service is rare.

Been coming to this location for about 12 years now. Things have changed a little since Lubezone took over but out of their locations they've kept true to the work ethic I like when getting a PM on my truck and trailer. I won't go anywhere else. Jason is the man and "Lubezone" ya'll better do whatever it takes to keep him around. I will have to say I was disappointed this evening as they were out of Fleetguard oil, and fuel filters for my ISX15. As well as the cartridge for the air dryer.

Everything went good. They still have truck accessories and some chrome, odessa store have nothing there but in this store you can get oil, antifreeze hub oil fire extinguisher ana lot of goodies and supplies.
