1. OVERVIEW: LubeZone, Inc., (“LubeZone” or “Sponsor”) is launching the “MATS 2022 LubeZone Oil Change Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes will begin on March 24, 2022 at 9:00 am and end on March 27, 2022 at 6:00 pm (“Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: You are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are a legal resident of ELIGIBLE STATES, are OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE as of March 24, 2022, and fully comply with these Sweepstakes Rules. Eligible persons who have properly filled out an entry form to the Sweepstakes are referred to here as “Entrant.”

3. HOW TO ENTER: There are two options for entering the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period:
   (A) During show hours at MATS 2020 at the LubeZone booth #12216. Register for LubeZone Rewards by scanning the QR code in the booth. All fields of the registration form must be completely filled out. Any registration forms that are partially filled out or otherwise do not meet Sponsor’s requirements will be void and your entry will be disqualified. After you submit all of the required information in the entry form, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Only one registration form will be accepted per person.
   (B) Mail-in Option. Mail-in one 4” x 6” card with the following information: Your full name, complete address, valid email address, valid telephone number, and the words MATS 2022 LUBEZONE OIL CHANGE SWEEPSTAKES. Mail the entry to: LubeZone, Inc. 8300 Norman Ctr Dr, Ste 160, Bloomington, MN 55437. Only one entry card will be accepted per person. Receipt of your entry form will not be acknowledged, nor will your entry form be returned. After we receive all the required information and determine that you are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes.
   Any attempt to submit multiple entry forms or cards by using different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins and/or any other methods will void your entry and you will be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is also subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entry forms must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
4. PRIZES: Grand Prize: Three grand prize winners will receive a coupon for one Full-Service Oil Change at participating LubeZone locations during regular business hours. Does not include additional services. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $306.No cash value. Coupon must be presented at the time of purchase. Services may not be available. Void if altered, transferred, purchased, sold or prohibited by law. Winner is solely responsible for any taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state, and federal taxes and associated penalties and interest) imposed as a result of receipt of any prize. The winner should consult with a tax adviser about the tax consequences of receiving the prize. Sponsor further reserves the right to condition the award of any prize on the winner promptly completing additional written releases as instructed. The failure to complete any required releases within seven days of notification of the award of a prize will result in the disqualification of the winner and the prize will be awarded to another Entrant.
5. WINNER SELECTION: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The random drawing will be conducted on March 24, 25, and 26, 2022 ON OR ABOUT 6:00 pm CST after the Promotion Period by the Sponsor or its designated representatives. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner(s) will be notified solely by email at the email address or phone number provided in the entry form approximately 1-7 business days after the random drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive any notification for any reason, including, but not limited to, inactive email account(s), technical difficulties, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor their email account. Any winner notification not responded to in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions, or returned as undeliverable, may result in prize forfeiture.

Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it at any time, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor in Sponsor’s opinion impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Receipt of your entry form will not be acknowledged, nor will your entry form be returned.       Any attempt to submit multiple entry forms or cards by using different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins and/or any other methods will void your entry and you will be disqualified. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE RULES (“SWEEPSTAKE RULES”).

1. OVERVIEW: LubeZone, Inc., (“LubeZone” or “Sponsor”) is launching the “LUBEZONE REWARDS – SUMMER 2020 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes will begin on May 19, 2020 at 7:00 am and end on September 30, 2020 at 11:00 pm (“Promotion Period”). 

1. ELIGIBILITY: You are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are a legal resident of ELIGIBLE STATES, are OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE as of May 19, 2020 and fully comply with these Sweepstakes Rules. Eligible persons who have properly filled out an entry form to the Sweepstakes are referred to here as “Entrant.”
   Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (“Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Additionally, Household Members and Immediate Family Members of the Promotion Entities are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. “Household Members” means people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” means parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is also subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

1. HOW TO ENTER: There are two options for entering the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period:
   (A) At www.LubeZoneRewards.com. Sign up for free as a LubeZone Rewards member and you’ll be automatically entered. All fields of the registration form must be completely filled out. Only one rewards program registration per person will be accepted as a valid entry.
   (B) Mail-in Option. Mail-in one 4” x 6” card with the following information: Your full name, complete address, valid email address, valid telephone number, and the words LUBEZONE REWARDS – SUMMER 2020 SWEEPSTAKES. Mail the entry to: LubeZone, Inc. 8000 Norman Ctr Dr, Ste 1050, Bloomington, MN 55437. Only one entry card will be accepted per person. Receipt of your entry form will not be acknowledged, nor will your entry form be returned. After we receive all the required information and determine that you are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes.
   Any attempt to submit multiple entry forms or cards by using different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins and/or any other methods will void your entry and you will be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is also subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entry forms must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. 

1. PRIZES: (1) Grand Prize: Visa® Gift card valued at $300. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $300. Winner is solely responsible for any taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state, and federal taxes and associated penalties and interest) imposed as a result of receipt of any prize. The winner should consult with a tax adviser about the tax consequences of receiving the prize. Sponsor further reserves the right to condition the award of any prize on the winner promptly completing additional written releases as instructed. The failure to complete any required releases within seven days of notification of the award of a prize will result in the disqualification of the winner and the prize will be awarded to another Entrant. 

1. WINNER SELECTION: The winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries. The random drawing will be conducted on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 ON OR ABOUT 12:00 pm CST after the Promotion Period by the Sponsor or its designated representatives. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

1. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner(s) will be notified solely by email at the email address or phone number provided in the registration form approximately 1-7 business days after the random drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive any notification for any reason, including, but not limited to, inactive email account(s), technical difficulties, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor their email account. Any winner notification not responded to in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions, or returned as undeliverable, may result in prize forfeiture. 

1. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available here YOUR PRIVACY POLICY URL (tbd). 

1. OPT-IN: By entering the Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that you are opting-in to receiving special offers and other marketing material to the email address you provided. You also hereby grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personal information you provided in the entry form with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Sweepstakes winners list. To opt-out, please consult the <<privacy policy>>. 

1. PUBLICITY: You hereby grant Sponsor permission to use your name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. 

1. MODIFICATION OF SWEEPSTAKE RULES: Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Sweepstakes Rules at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion and without providing you with any notice. Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it at any time, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor in Sponsor’s opinion impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. 

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or any liability for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to your or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes. 

1. INDEMNITY: You will indemnify Sponsor for any costs and/or liabilities incurred by Sponsor that arise from your failure to comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and/or any tax liability incurred by Sponsor caused by your participation in these Sweepstakes. 

1. SOCIAL NETWORK DISCLAIMER: A social media account may be required to enter the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. 

1. GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes will be conducted in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. All disputes concerning these terms and the Sweepstakes shall be adjudicated exclusively in the federal and state courts having jurisdiction over Hennepin County, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.

WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the winner list or a copy of these Sweepstake Rules, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to LUBEZONE, INC. cc: LUBEZONE REWARDS – SUMMER 2020 SWEEPSTAKES at 8300 NORMAN CTR DR, STE 160, BLOOMINGTON, MN 55437. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than THIRTY (30) DAYS after the Promotion Period has ended. The winner list will be posted on social networks after winner confirmation is complete.
